Occasionally the Post Office scans the wrong documents together when multiple bills are paid at the same visit. Try getting an overpayment of your electricity or telephone back and explaining to the Tax Office debt collector why your overdue tax is owing to you by the electricity or telephone company!!
We suggest that you only pay one account at a time if using the Post Office.
